HOME BASED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY IN INDIA FOR THE INDIANS
By: P.N.K.GURU.EKS-Business Strategy Consultant.About the author:
PNK GURU is a business strategist, delivers lectures and offers business consultancy based on the German Success formula called ENERGO CYBERNETIC STRATEGY.

This is highly suitable for the Indian conditions. The special strategy will attract the passerby in the street or on the net and make them participate in the business building process and help them generate income for their future internet business.

Hence the present program will seem to be quite simple but highly successful for the participants!THIS WILL MAKE THEM TO BUILD UP WITH WHAT THEY WANT IN BUSINESS AND LIFE. LET THEM DO IT- JUST MAKE A GOOD BEGINNING TODAY!

HOME BASED JOB OPPORTUNITY -MAKE MILLIONS WITH Rs.60! (only) HOME BASED JOB OPPORTUNITY - MAKE MILLIONS WITH Rs.60! (only for Indians)
Only for Indians, huge earning opportunity.
THIS CAN REALLY MAKE YOU EASY MONEY! BUT YOU HAVE TO TRY A LITTLE FOR IT TO WORK!

This is your ladder to success, happiness and luxury. Now you can get anything that you had dreamt of getting. Get yourself involved and reap the rewards on becoming a millionaire.

A few weeks back, I was browsing through newsgroup, just like you are now and came across an article similar to this that said, you could make Lakhs of Rupees within weeks with only an initial investment of Rs.60! So I thought, "OK, right, this must be a scam", but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading .Anyway, it said that you send Rs.10 to the Main Database Address stated below and to each of the other 5 sub addresses stated in the article.

You then delete the name and address in the #1 and move the other four addresses up, that is 5 becomes 4, 4 becomes 3, 3 becomes 2, 2 becomes 1. Now #5 will be blank. Place your own name and address in the bottom of the list at #5. And now, post the article in at least 200 news groups. (There are about a million). No doubt, that was it.
So, after thinking it over, I thought about trying it. I figured what have I got to lose is just 6 stamps and Rs.60, right? Then I invested the measly Rs.60.

Well GUESS WHAT HAPPENED!

Within 7 days, I started getting money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about Rs.250 which is four times the money I invested.

By the end second week I had made a total over Rs.4, 000. In the third week I had over Rs.36, 000. 00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over 2, 12,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. Its Certainly worth Rs.60, and 6 stamps, I have spent more than that on the lottery, but I never got anything back Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, why it works.

Home based job opportunity
Here is a Step by step instruction of what you have to do.
STEP 1: Get 6 separate pieces of paper and write the following on each piece of paper "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST." and then write your Email Id, Name and Address.

Now get 6 TEN RUPEE NOTES and place ONE inside EACH of the 6 pieces of paper so the notes will not be seen through the envelope to prevent thievery. What you are doing is creating a service by this. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL!

Mail the 6 envelopes to the following addresses:

Main Database Address (Don't Delete or Change it)
B.Narayanamoorthy,NIL-72A,Malvia Nagar, New Delhi-110 017
* Sub Addresses
* 1) Ms. R. P. Dalal. C.M. Banaji Bldg, 2nd Floor, Flat # 18, Gowalia Tank,
Mumbai - 400 036.India.
* 2) Mrs. Rosalind Deb, C/o Mr. S. A. Gomes, 26A, Hara Kumar Tagore Square,
Kolkata - 700 014, West Bengal.
* 3) Veena Fernandes C/o Dr. Parinaz Humranwala 583, Vipin Villa,
Jame Jamshed Road , Dadar Parsi Colony Mumbai - 400019
* 4) Mrs.S. Savithiri, 159,bharathiyar street, M.K.palayam, Ganapathy,
Coimbatore-641 006 Tamil nadu India
* 5) P.N.K.GURU 23,Sanganur Main Road, COIMBATORE-641 027 (INDIA)

STEP 2: Now go to Sub Addresses and take the #1 name off (delete) the list that you see above, move the other names up: (5 becomes 4), (4 becomes 3), (3 becomes 2) and ( 2 becomes no.1) and add YOUR Name as number 5) on the list.

Try to remember that you don't change the Main Database Address.
STEP 3: Change only the names and address as in step 2 and keep this article as original.

Now, post your amended article to minimum 200 newsgroups. (There are nearly 25,000 newsgroups). All you need is 200, but remember, the more you host, the more money you make!

STEP 4: Send a E-mail to-> mailto: mailto:pnkguru@yahoo with the subject mailto:pnkguru@yahoo and with the description "I have sent to you and to the other 5 up line members a sum of Rupees ten each by Post/Courier

Send this mail only after you have sent postal mail/courier with money to the main member and to the other 5 up line members.
STEP 5: You will receive a message from

mailto:pnkguru@yahooimmediately, (within 5 minutes) at your Mail Box stating that, "You have been added to our temporary database. And we will, i) include you in our Main Database, ii) send you a list of Newsgroups where you can post the Message, iii) send you instruction on how to post the Message,iv) send you details about other data entry, transcription, back-office, free subscription earning programs, online trades, businesses and about other projects on Net and offline as and when it is available and other details, after making necessary cross-checks and after confirming the receipt of postal mail/courier from you.

If you do not get any reply from us, even after 12 days from the date of sending Postal Mail/Courier, send a mail to mailto:pnkguru@yahoo with the subject 'No Reply from your side'. We would take necessary actions immediately.

"DIRECTIONS--HOW TO POST TO NEWSGROUPS:
Step 1) you do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your own posting. Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this letter and drag your Cursor to the bottom of this document, and select 'copy' from the edit menu. This will copy the entire letter into the computer memory.

Step 2) Open a blank 'notepad' files and place your cursor at the top of the blank page. From the 'edit' menu select 'paste'. This will paste a copy of the letter into notepad so that you can add your name to the list at position #5.

Step 3) Again Go to 'edit' menu, check whether there is a tick-mark near 'word wrap'. If there is no tick-mark click it. On clicking 'word wrap' a small tick-mark will appear near it. If there is no tick-mark near the 'word wrap' property, you could not read the file easily. The contents will not be wrapped as per the size of the notepad window. It may go beyond the window size and would make it difficult for you to read and edit.

Step 4) Save your new notepad file as a .txt file.

In the mean-time you want to post the message yourself you can do so. You have to find out the Newsgroups yourself. Use: Internet explorer or Netscape and try searching for various newsgroups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.)

But, remember that you must post the message only after sending the postal mail/courier with money. And remember that you should not post messages in any banned sites. (Banned sites are those websites meant for particular group of people or for a particular product or category like cell phone, fish, dog, horse, sports, games, education etc., Also don't post any message in any Government Sites and also in Network Sites. Network sites often end with or .org etc., you will get detailed message about this from Mr. Narayanamurthi after the receipt of your Postal Mail/Courier by him.

Step 6) Visit these messages boards and post this article.
There will be a button named "Post Ad" or "Post Ads" or "Post free Ads" or "List Ads" or "Post Message" in the message boards and forums. After clicking that button you will be asked for details and you will have to fill it up. Usually you will be asked for the following things.

a) Name: Type your Name b) Address: Type your Address c) Company Name: Type your Name itself. d) Company Add. : Type your Address itself e.) Email Id: Type your Email-Id. f) Heading or Title: "EARN GOOD MONEY FROM HOME" or "WE MAKE YOU A MILLIONAIRE" or "MAKE MILLIONS WITHIN DAYS" or "WORK FROM HOME". Type any one of this in the Title box. g) Text or Message or Description:

Select this page fully and copy it and then paste it on the message or description box. Copy this page only after amendment (i.e. copy it after you include your Name and Address as #5)

Remember, the more newsgroups you post in, the more money you make. But you have to post minimum of 200. That's it! You will begin receiving money within days! You may eventually rent a P.O. Box due to the large amount of mail you will receive. If you wish to stay anonymous, you can invent a name to use, as long as the postman will deliver it.

Home based job opportunity
**JUST MAKE SURE ALL THE ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT.
** NOW THE QUESTION HOUR:

1) Why should I post to 200 Newsgroups? It is Compulsory? Out of 200 postings, say you receive only 5% response that is 10 replies (a very low example). So then you make Rs 100 with your name at #5 on the letter. Now, each of the 10 persons who just sent you Rs.10.00 each, make the MINIMUM 200 postings, each with your name at #4 and only 10 persons respond to each of the original 10, that is another Rs.1, 000 for you Now those 10 each make 200 MINIMUM posts with your name at #3 and only 10 get replies each, It will bring in an additional Rs.10, 000.

Now, those 10 persons turn around and post the MINIMUM 200 with your name at #2 and only receive 5% replies each, you will make an additional Rs.1, 00,000! OK, now here is the fun part, each of those 10 persons post a MINIMUM 200. Letters with your name at #1 and they only receive 5% replies that is 10 replies each that just made you Rs 10, 00,000!!! A MILLIONAIRE. That is YOU!!!

And all this with only 5% response. Imagine in case you post in more than 200 newsgroups and get more than 5% response. Sky is the limit. With an original investment of only Rs.60! AMAZING! You can too become a Millionaire.

JOIN TODAY. QUITE SIMPLE. HIGHLY REWARDING-BUILD YOUR BASE FOR FUTURE INTERNET BUSINESS!

Come, reza, ama / Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia
At the age of thirty-one, Gilbert moved with her husband to the suburbs of New York and began trying to get pregnant, only to realize that she wanted neither a child nor a husband. Three years later, after a protracted divorce, she embarked on a yearlong trip of recovery, with three main stops: Rome, for pleasure (mostly gustatory, with a special emphasis on gelato); an ashram outside of Mumbai, for spiritual searching; and Bali, for "balancing." These destinations are all on the beaten track, but Gilbert's exuberance and her self-deprecating humor enliven the proceedings: recalling the first time she attempted to speak directly to God, she says, "It was all I could do to stop myself from saying, 'I've always been a big fan of your work.'" The New Yorker© Gilbert s prose is fueled by a mix of intelligence, wit and colloquial exuberance that is close to irresistible. -The New York Times Book Review A meditation on love in its many forms love of food, language, humanity, God, and most meaningful for Gilbert, love of self.

Guiana 1838

Guiana 1838
There is a sense of urgency in this film as it follows world changing events in four continents culminating in the brutal sugar cane plantations of the Caribbean. Through out the British Empire it was thought that slavery was abolished in 1833, but the British plantation owners wouldn't have it. It reveals the trials and tribulations of both the resilent African slaves and the unsuspecting Indians from Calcutta who were sold on the golden dreams of "El Dorado" only to find themselves on a slave ship to hard labor in an unforgiving land. Each faced perils at the hands of British plantation owners who positioned these two exploited people against each other. The character of Laxman defies centuries of colonial exploitation and forces the hand of the British Empire to ultimately enforce the abolition of slavery once and for all.

Low Cost Airlines Vs. Indian Railways: Heating Competition, Melting Prices

The continuing fare tussle between the Railways and the Low-cost airlines has changed the contemporary scenario for the Indian traveller. A ticket on India's low-cost carrier (LCC) has made flying, once confined to the rich and elite, an affordable reality for the hordes of Indians travelling across the country.

It has taken some time for the low-cost airline industry to carve a niche for themselves, but the wallet-friendly LCCs are here to stay.

When Air Deccan introduced airfares almost equalling the AC II-tier train fares, the response from the leading domestic airlines like Indian Airlines, Jet Airways and Sahara Airlines was immediate. Slashed rates and Advanced Purchase schemes (Apex) swiftly began to take shape, resulting upto 30 to 40 per cent slashed fares compared with the original prices.

Barely a year after Air Deccan took off came the launch of Vijay Mallya's Kingfisher Airlines, followed by SpiceJet and GoAir. Today the number of LCC's has multiplied from three to a dozen in a matter of months. Since the entry barriers are low, players such as Paramount, IndiGO (Interglobe), Yamuna Air or Kerala Airways, have already filed flight plans.

Continuing a steady progress, LCC's are slowly eating into the aviation market share, capturing almost one third of the total market.

However the dip in market share does not necessarily mean a drop in the number of passengers or revenues for the mainstream airlines, as the size of the air travel segment has also been increasing. In the market driven by the LCCs- with about half of the passengers being first-time air travellers, there's a bigger pie for everyone.

But the biggest loser so far has been Indian Airlines. Even with its trendy make over called Indian, it has been left with a market share of only 23.88 per cent while the potential Jet-Sahara combine controls 45 per cent.

As a result it is now exploring the possibility of floating a subsidiary for low-cost operations by merging Air-India Express, the low-fare arm of A-I with Alliance Air, the decade-old wholly-owned subsidiary of IA servicing tier II cities. This could mean that India would have its first-ever LCC, having both domestic and international operations.

However this fairy tale of low cost airline advent is still in its initial stages.

In Europe, North America and Australasia, most successful low cost airlines have operated primarily in domestic, or unrestricted international markets. The LCCs in India on the other hand, have to operate in a highly regulated domestic environment. This is likely to get compounded with the surge in aviation fuel prices over the past year and the plummeting infrastructure with congestion in airports, lack of landing facilities and parking slots, and increasing staff costs driven by internal competition.

These non-frill LCCs are characterised by few on-board services and elimination of catering. But for the Indian travellers accustomed to travelling in the crowded trains for long hours, the aggressive tariff structure by the LCCs, costing nominally higher than the AC II-tier by train, is becoming a popular alternative.

With the LCCs now targeting the middle-class travellers, the Indian skies are slowly but surely opening up to the one billion plus Indian population.

Mens Clothing Kurta Pajama Long Sleeve Cotton Dress India Fashion Size M (gkp506)

Mens Clothing Kurta Pajama Long Sleeve Cotton Dress India Fashion Size M (gkp506)
Men Casual Dress kurta pajama is a gift to the Indian traditional wear by the great Mughals. In their custom, both men and women enjoyed kurtas and pajamas cut in long flowing panels. These elaborately embroidered kurtas with real gold and silver threads, weighed between 5 to 10 kilograms. With the change in time and fashion, modifications were made according to the comfort and affordability of people. Now the kurta pajama is more of a mans informal relaxing wear. Though the source of inspiration remains the same old Mughal fashion, many new changes are seen in todays style of Kurta pajamas.

Among men, the most commonly worn kurtas are the coarse handloom kurta with high Chinese collar. They are either plain woven or the designs are woven in different colors. Comfort and easy wearing quality has made the kurta pajama universally popular. They are worn in winters as well as summers. The material for the summer and winter kurta changes suiting the weather conditions. Summer welcomes crisp and light cottons, while winter gives way to all heavy and thick materials. However, the handloom kurtas are worn in both summer and winter. The style popular among mens kurtas is the straight cut with side pockets.

The prints commonly seen on this apparel in summers are block print and tie and dye of Rajasthan and Gujarat. These kurta pajama sets from Rajasthan and Gujarat come in not only traditional block printing and tie and dye but also with rich embroidery and glittering mirror work. The chikan hand embroidery of Lucknow is also very popular for its traditional rich look and values. These are usually made in pure cotton as they are worn mainly in summer. The winter Kurtas are in silk, satin, and other thick fabric.

The Missionary Position: Mother Teresa in Theory and Practice

The Missionary Position: Mother Teresa in Theory and Practice
Recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, feted by politicians, the Church and the world's media, Mother Teresa of Calcutta appears to be on the fast track to sainthood. But what, asks Christopher Hitchens, makes Mother Teresa so divine? In a frank expose of the Teresa cult, Hitchens details the nature and limits of one woman's mission to the world's poor. He probes the source of the heroic status bestowed upon an Albanian nun whose only declared wish is to serve God. He asks whether Mother Teresa's good works answer any higher purpose than the need of the world's privileged to see someone, somewhere, doing something for the Third World. He unmasks pseudo-miracles, questions Mother Teresa's fitness to adjudicate on matters of sex and reproduction, and reports on a version of saintly ubiquity which affords genial relations with dictators, corrupt tycoons and convicted frauds.

Cotton Salwar Kameez Chikan Embroidery Womens Dress Blue Size L

Cotton Salwar Kameez Chikan Embroidery Womens Dress Blue Size L
Salwar Kameez covers a woman's body in the way no other dress does. From neck to toe, salwar kameez provides complete protection against sun rays in summer and against chill will in winter. It is also one of those rare dresses that fit in well equally for business and for casual wear. Each salwar kameez comes with a long rectangular scarf that is meant to be draped from shoulders down. For those not so familiar with Indian dresses, Salwar is the bottom part of the dresss, in the form of trousers. There is a drawstring for tying at the waist level. Kameez, also known as kurta is the upper part of the dress, is in the form of a long shirt. Preferred length for kameez by most women is knee- length. Sleeves come in variable sizes sleeveless, short sleeve, half sleeve, three quarter sleeve, and full sleeve. The fabric is usually light weight, which is what makes this dress extremely comfortable. Since the dress is meant to be loose fit, it is very breathable too. ShalinCraft Cotton Salwar Kameez dress is unique as it is handcrafted by the traditional and skilled artisans of Gujarat and Lucknow. Gujarati and Lucknow textile artisans are well known for their adroit embroidery work, and it is very visible in each of ShalinCraft Cotton Salwar Kameez. East Meets The West ? Evolution Of Indian Furniture

Indian craftsmanship has always enjoyed a fame that has invited both respect and pillage from the earliest days. Whether it is stone work on temples or standalone articles, terracotta figurines, jewelry pieces, woodwork or graphic and plastic art, the craftsmen from this country have always been welcomed by connoisseurs of beauty. At times, however, this fixation with beauty sacrificed utility and comfort ? this tendency resulted in ornate and complicated creations like a wooden throne, for example, that would have raised the goose-bumps, but would also have given a nasty backache. Local tradition and culture contributed to the furthest development of ornamental woodwork ? for palaces, temples, public houses, works of arts, etc ? but did not generate any utilitarian furniture of the kind we modern dwellers of the world are used to. One big reason for this was that eating was mainly done on floor, and sitting and resting on charpoys (simple string bed with wooden posts). The main thrust to furniture development was given by foreign influence.

When the Portuguese, the first Europeans to come to India, arrived, they did not find any familiar furniture, it was them, and later, the Dutch, the French and the English, who inspired the composition of domestic furniture to cater to their settlements. The Indian carpenter turned out to be precocious in adapting foreign designs and inducing in them an indigenous flavor of craftsmanship. Thus, as Joseph Butler mentions in an article in Encyclopedia Britannica, ?India's place in the history of furniture is that of an adapter or transformer of imported Western styles rather than a creator of independent styles of its own.? It was the play of these influences that gave birth to the Mughal style, the Goanese, the Indo-Dutch style, the use of ebony and ivory in the manner of Chippendale and Sheraton.

English predominance since the 18th century resulted in English influence in furniture styling, and this became so popular that even Indian rulers became patrons (this latter tendency could simply be a reflection of the Anglicization of the rulers, of their desire to identify with the ruling class). In the 19th century, the ornamentation assumed primacy, divorcing itself once again from utility.

A tropical country with about eighty varieties of hardwood available for woodwork, India has an old tradition of furniture making. Subsequent to the English influence who cultivated teak as a ?royal tree? for shipping industry (teak is tremendously resilient to water and weather), teak assumed tremendous popularity for quality woodwork. Almost all large articles were composed on wood. Royal houses and rich households have always been the traditional patrons of the furniture industry, and even today the royal palaces strewn across the four corners of India feature some of the most illustrious examples of indigenous woodwork. Frederick Litchfield?s Illustrated History of Furniture (1893) mentions many such marvels that still mesmerize. Like the two wooden teak doors sent as gift to the Indian Government and now kept in the National Museum (Kolkata). Or the shisham wood (rosewood) carved window at Amritsar with its overhanging cornice, ornamental arches with pillars and intricate work on the body. Royal gifts sent to the Queen and the King as well as the Princes also showed an obsession with details that is unique to India. Even today, much of British royal furniture is of Indian vintage.

In the years since the British left the furniture industry in India has evolved. Utility and simplicity gained primacy over art. Price considerations have driven down ornamentation to the minimum, and cheaper wood varieties have come to be used to cater to the huge low cost demand. Yet, in niche areas the old forms of furniture still continue to be crafted. In many places, like Rajasthan, that still has a royal ethos in a Republican India, with its dozens of Palaces?, the old form of furniture making is still preserved. Here, one can take a time travel and find works of an earlier day being crafted with the same expertise. Exported around the world wherever antique and ornamental furniture is appreciated, the Jodhpur furniture forms the focal point of this industry. Nowadays foreign designs are adapted with local styles that are hugely popular with Western customers. Once again we are back to the Portuguese days when designs were an inventive amalgamation of European sensibilities and Indian craftsmanship.

Pink Shawl Womens Outerwear Wraps Embroidered Wool Tribal Designs(ktds337)

Pink Shawl Womens Outerwear Wraps Embroidered Wool Tribal Designs(ktds337)
Embroidered Pink Shawl stole in coarse wool fabric with vibrant embroidery work. It is wonderfully rustic and primevally appealing. They make perfect evening shawls. Does not have the kind of comfort that you would experience in pashmina or silk, but it is warm. And above all embroidery is unique and that makes these Indian shawls rare, exotic and provocative.

Kutch has managed admirably to preserve the culture of both its court and nomadic peoples. The special shawls of this region with embroidery are very famous because of their bright look that complements a winter day. The embroidery is never very dense but the colors are combined in such a manner that the brightness of body colors of the shawls is always enhanced. With addition of a little mirror work, the shawls look even prettier. The Rabari tribe of Kutch is an expert in such embroidery. The patterns of any embroidery are first sketched in mud with needles and then a final sketching is done in double running stitch. Embroidery, besides being an art, is an expression of culture for these people. In marriage, the embroidery that a girl brings with her has a very important part to play in forming an opinion about her father's status. There are various embroidery types used here. The most rich and difficult is the paako stitch. This is a tight square chain and double buttonhole embroidery often with a black slanted stitch outlining. This name Paako, literally means bold. Muko, is the name given to the metal work and mirror embroidery.

Conduct Unbecoming

Conduct Unbecoming
Honor. Duty. Respect. These three military traditions are in jeopardy at a British regiment stationed in colonial India at the end of the nineteenth century. A new recruit is charged with dishonorable conduct when a beautiful widow (Academy Award nominee Susannah York) is attacked. In an attempt to prevent a public court-martial, the superior officers (Academy Award winner Richard Attenborough, Stacy Keach, and Christopher Plummer) set up an internal hearing. It is up to an idealistic young officer (Michael York) to defend the accused attacker (James Faulkner). Conduct Unbecoming boasts a stellar cast in an epic historical drama which will keep you in suspense until the shocking climax.

Mens Clothing Kurta Pajama Long Sleeve Cotton Dress India Fashion Size M(gkp405)

Mens Clothing Kurta Pajama Long Sleeve Cotton Dress India Fashion Size M(gkp405)

Heat and Dust / Autobiography of a Princess - The Merchant Ivory Collection

Heat and Dust / Autobiography of a Princess - The Merchant Ivory Collection
A persistent clash of cultures lies at the heart of Heat and Dust, the Merchant/Ivory team's most acclaimed drama prior to 1985's A Room with a View. The celebrated trio of director James Ivory, producer Ismail Merchant, and screenwriter Ruth Prawer Jhabvala were perfectly suited to this time-skipping story of thwarted romance, based on Jhabvala's novel, in which the colonial British find themselves perpetually at odds with the vibrant rhythms of India. In this most sensual of environments, two related British women, separated by six decades, discover that their independent spirits are not entirely welcomed within the confines of colonial etiquette. Olivia (Greta Scacchi) defies her stringent husband in the 1920s, while her great-niece Anne (Julie Christie) discovers, upon getting pregnant by an Indian local in the early '80s, that she and Olivia have more than a little in common. Jhabvala's feminism is subtle but forcefully dramatized, and under Ivory's sensitive direction, this tale of two women is a defiantly resonant tribute to love wherever one may find it. --Jeff Shannon

Incorporation Of A Private Limited Company In India - Procedures And Steps Involved

The process of setting up a new business is an exciting one but for a first time entrepreneur, the initial steps needed to legally set up a business entity can be a trifle confusing. Based on my experience as a first time entrepreneur myself, I have compiled a list of things that need to be taken care of for incorporating and starting the operations of a Private Limited Company in India. This is just a guide and usually, the best people to seek clarifications from are Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. It is just too difficult for a layman to keep track of the ever changing procedures, forms and laws and therefore, professional Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries are of immense help in this process! The list mentioned below provides an overview of the important steps involved.

1. Company Registration

1.1 Memorandum and Articles of Association: Before approaching the Registrar of Companies (RoC), it is preferable to complete the process of preparing the draft Memorandum and Articles of Association, bring in the share application money and appoint the directors. First director is usually a shareholder of the company and a minimum of 2 directors is required for a company that is going to be a Private Limited Company.

1.2 Ascertaining Name Availability: The proposed name of the business needs to be checked for availability. This can be done online at the official Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) website. It is also advisable to check for presence of other similar sounding names as this may not be acceptable to the RoC. Once the name has been decided, e Form 1A needs to be submitted, usually with 3 name options, to the RoC to apply for the name, along with the fee of INR 500 (can be done online through the MCA website).

1.3 Registration: On obtaining the name approval from the RoC, Form 23 needs to be submitted to them. A copy of the Board resolution to adopt the name of the company also needs to be submitted. Registration fees needs to be paid at this stage. The fee amount depends on the share capital of the new business and can be determined online by entering the details in the MCA website (mca.gov.in/).

1.4 Incorporation Certificate: Duly filled Form 1B needs to be submitted to the RoC to obtain an Incorporation Certificate. Check the MCA website for fee details, if any.

1.5 Director Appointment: Duly filled Form 32 needs to be submitted to the RoC to notify Director Appointment. Check the MCA website for fee details, if any.

1.6 Address Proof: Duly filled Form 18 needs to be submitted to the RoC to provide address proof of the business. Check the MCA website for fee details, if any.

On submission of Forms 1B, 32 and 18 completely filled, Incorporation Certificate will be provided in about 1 month. The Incorporation Certificate is to be attached as the 1st page in the Memorandum and Articles of Association document.

1.7 Allotment of Share Capital: For allotment of Shares to various shareholders, Form 2 needs to be submitted to the RoC.

1.8 Increase of Share Capital: Form 5 needs to be submitted in case of increase in the Authorized or Paid-up share capital.

2. Digital Signature

For online submission of forms in the MCA website, Digital Signatures of the authorized signatories is required. Therefore, this may be obtained before commencement of Step 1.2 above in case online submission of forms is going to be done to the RoC through the MCA website. Digital Signatures are currently given by TCS and SIFY and there is a charge for this. The application forms for obtaining Digital Signatures should also be available with TCS and SIFY.

3. Director Identification Number (DIN)

3.1 DIN Application form: On obtaining the Incorporation Certificate, the DIN Application form can be downloaded from the MCA website, filled and sent to the Noida MCA office from where DIN is allocated and notified by post to the Director's address provided in the form.

3.2 DIN 2: On allotment of DIN, the Director needs to notify the DIN details to the company using the DIN 2 form.

3.3 DIN 3: The company needs to inform the RoC about the DIN details of the Directors using the DIN 3 form.

For more details on the DIN related steps, refer to the MCA website.

4. Sales / Service Tax Registration

4.1 Sales Tax: On obtaining the Incorporation Certificate (required), the company needs to apply for Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN) and CST Number at the Commercial Tax Office. For more details and the forms, refer to the State Government's Commercial Tax Office websites.

4.2: Service Tax: In case the newly formed company is providing services (e.g.: Consultancy services etc.), registration for Service Tax is necessary. The registration needs to be done with the Central Excise Commissionerate (servicetax.gov.in/).

5. Income Tax Registration

5.1 Company Permanent Account Number (PAN): On obtaining the Incorporation Certificate, PAN for Income Tax needs to be obtained by submitting Forms 49A and 49B to the Income Tax department. Check thier website, http://incometaxindia.gov.in/, for more details.

5.2 Company Tax deduction Account Number (TAN): For Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) by the company, TAN needs to be obtained from the Income Tax department.

6. Import Export Code (IE Code)

In case the new business involves Export and Import dealings, it is necessary to get an IE code. For more details, refer to explanation document provided at ap.nic.in/jdgft/iec.htm, where steps for obtaining the IE code and its purpose have been elaborated.

7. Trademark Registration

Trademark registration can be done by applying to the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (http://ipindia.nic.in/) using Form TM1. The application has a validity of 10 years and the fee is INR 2500. Only if the Trademark is registered can the "R" symbol be used next to the name.

8. Current Account Opening

A Current account is usually opened to conduct the financial transactions of the business. This can be done at any bank and the fee for opening and operating a current account varies across banks and the type of account chosen. For opening a current account, the usual requirement is to fill a Bank Account Opening form and provide the Incorporation Certificate, Address proof of the company and PAN card and Address details of Authorized Account operators.

9. Share Certificates

Share certificates need to be issued (usually by the appointed CA) when application money is converted to shares on submission of Form 2 to MCA.

10. Administrative Issues

On obtaining the Incorporation Certificate, rubber stamps for the authorized signatories needs to be made as this will be useful while filling up physical forms.

11. Shareholders Agreement

This is an agreement entered into by the shareholders that details out the agreed terms, conditions, roles, responsibilities, remuneration and any other details which the shareholders want to record. This is an internal document to ensure transparent dealing among the Shareholders.

Conclusion

All the above points are based on what I did in the year 2007 for starting up my company (registered as Dilsebol Customized Apparel Pvt Ltd.); the relevance of these points at a future time period should be thoroughly checked as the laws, rules and regulations are evolving all the time! Good luck for a successful incorporation and an even more successful venture!

5 Steps To Increase Your Google Page Rank.

Google Page rank is based on back links. Back links are Links pointing to your website from another website. The more back links you have the higher your PR will be.

1. Join forums, forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. In most forums you are allowed to have a signature and in your signature you can put a link to your website. But another important note to look on is making sure the forum is somewhat related to your website. You will still get credit if it's not, but if it's related to your website than you will be accomplishing two tasks at once.

You will be advertising for your website (bringing in targeted traffic) You will also be building your websites presence.

Your websites presence is very important to your survival. The more people see, or hear about your website the more credibility you will have and this increases your chances of having these visitors come back and possibly become leads.

2. Submit to search engine directories. Search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. They also increase your chances at being listed higher on popular search engines like Google, and overture.

Most search engine directories allow you to submit to their website for free. This will allow you to increase your web presence by being listed on another search engine, and it will also be a free link.

Remember the more links you have the higher your PR will be

3. Using ezine ads (or newsletters). Creating an ezine will probably be the most beneficial step you can take to increasing your web presence. When you create an ezine you will be able to keep visitors coming back to your website for more by using signatures and giving special deals.

Ezine's will also allow you to increase your back links. By creating an ezine you can submit your information about your ezine to an ezine directory. This directory will than link to your website(thus giving you a free link).

4. Creating and publishing articles. Articles are an easy source of generating new traffic. You can include your signature in your article. This will bring in more traffic from article submission directories.

Your signature usually consists of 4 to 8 lines. Usually the first line would be the title of the website that you are trying to advertise. The last line would be the link to the website and the lines in between these would be a sales pitch to draw your viewers into your website.

5. Links from related websites. Gaining links from related websites can be one of the most frustrating tasks you can attempt.

They are very easy to find, but can be somewhat difficult to obtain links from.

To find related websites, all you have to do is go to a search engine... say Google... and type in your subject. Maybe your website is based on ford mustangs.

You go to Google and type in ford mustangs, than you look around for pages that are somewhat related to your website. After you have done this (which should be very easy) you have to contact them in some way to get your link posted on their website. This can be the most difficult task because a lot of webmasters ignore e-mail's from people requesting links because they don't see the importance of it at the time. Some other reasons could be that they are rarely online, or they delete spam mail and sometimes delete their important emails in the process.

Important note: When looking for link partners don't just link with websites that have a page rank of 4 or higher. Link with anyone and everyone you get a chance to. If you link to someone that has a page rank of zero, this will not hurt your page rank. It will only increase it because you are getting a link back to your website. Google doesn't look at your back links page ranks to determine what yours is going to be. It simply looks at how many back links you have.

So if Google one day decided to link to a website that was just created and this website has a page rank of 0 and has a domain that goes something like this: mywebsite.geocities it's page rank wouldn't increase even though Google's page rank is 10, it's rank would still be zero because it would only have that one back link.
